Society Information: The Winchester & District Stamp Society was established in 1948 by a handful of dedicated collectors. We are a very friendly group of collectors and offer help and guidance to all Members requesting assistance. Specialist speakers are invited to display and talk on their subjects during each season. Anyone interested in stamp collecting can join the Society whatever level of collecting they are at. The subcription rates are £7.50 for adults, as yet no rate has been set for juniors and are due 2nd January annually or on joining during the season. A library has recently been created and new books are being added as they become available. Members can borrow books at no cost for a limited period.
